Not sure how to talk about cultural appropriation? Have questions you’ve been afraid to ask? The goal of this dinner is to create a forum for critical engagement with the subject of cultural appropriation. Participants will be encouraged to ask difficult questions, and to be open to uncomfortable learning. There is no particular political agenda: all respectfully articulated views are welcome. Three professors will briefly reflect on these questions based on their research and experience. We will then turn to smaller group discussions, facilitated by faculty.
